UniRail is official representative of Kolowag, Bugaria. Kolowag is brand of Vagonoremonten Zavod-99/VRZ-99/AD Septemvri, Bulgaria.

The plant was founded in 1941 as a railway-carriage repair workshop.
Its activity included performing of average repair of passenger and freight wagons with 760 mm and 1435 mm gauge.
In 1983 was built the first workshop in Bulgaria for repair and completing of wheel-sets. Up to the present moment Septemvri plant is the only one enterprise in the country for production and repair of wheel-sets.
On 24th June 1999 Vagonoremonten Zavod part of BDZ, became 100% private company VRZ-99 A.D. Septemvri with less than 300 workers, after succesful privatization. In our days, for less than 10years with 1050 employees, the plant have increased its yearly turnover more than 25 times.

The company is managed by a Board of Directors of five members. . The company is represented and managed by the Major shareholder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director – dipl. eng. Emil Yonchev-senior. . KOLOWAG Eood is the brand of Vagonoremonten Zavod – 99 AD / VRZ-99 AD. It is 100% owned by Vagonoremonten Zavod – 99 AD / VRZ-99 AD. The company is represented by its CEO dipl.eng Emil Yonchev-junior.
